To search for information in the knowledge base:
1. In the Search Knowledge Base box near the top of the Portal page, type words for your search, and then press Enter or click the magnifying glass button.
A list of relevant articles in the knowledge base appears.
2. Click the title of the article that you want to read.
The article appears in a separate window.
